Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, standardize, and document end-to-end service processes, including diagnosis, repair workflows, quality checks, and turnaround time (TAT).
  • •Analyze repair cycle times and throughput to improve operational efficiency and reduce customer wait times across PDI, warranty repairs, and workshop operations.
  • •Create PFMEAs, control plans, SOPs, and work instructions using Lucid’s Process Engineering methodologies.
  • •Support field quality and technical issue management using failure trend analysis and root cause/containment activities with 8D and structured problem solving.
  • •Analyze service operational data (FTT, TAT, repeat repairs, quality flags, parts usage) to build dashboards and improve workflow/system integration across DMS/ERP.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • •1-3 years of experience in process engineering, automotive service operations, aftersales engineering, or manufacturing environments.
  • •Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, and process improvement methodologies.
  • •Experience analyzing service KPIs and working across engineering, quality, logistics, and service teams.
  • •Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to translate complex engineering concepts into service operations.
