•Own and guide data analysis for Xsolla's B2C apps/websites, delivering insights to optimize engagement and rewards.
•Design, orchestrate, and analyze multivariate product experiments to drive growth and test new opportunities.
•Define KPIs for the product and build automated dashboards, reports, and models for faster decision-making.
•Collaborate with data, product, engineering, and business stakeholders to build business cases and forecasts for new features.
•Apply advanced analytics techniques, including machine learning, to uncover player insights and support monetization strategies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field; 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, preferably within games or other consumer-facing apps
•Fluency in SQL with demonstrated ability to work with highly dimensional and complex datasets
•Strong proficiency with Statsig or comparable AB testing platforms
•Strong proficiency with Looker, Tableau, or other BI/data visualization tools
•Strong proficiency with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics platforms
