Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain operational control and oversight of assigned flight operations, fostering safety and regulatory compliance.
  • •Support and participate in the Flight Department Safety Management System (SMS) and exercise independent operational judgment.
  • •Perform preflight planning and preparation, including aircraft airworthiness checks, documentation verification, and mission planning.
  • •Manage crew and passengers, including ensuring fit-for-duty status, safety briefings, and exceptional passenger service.
  • •Operate the aircraft per regulations and policies, monitor flight conditions and systems, coordinate with ATC, and complete post-flight safety reporting.
