  • •Own and maintain a high-profile, complex bought participation loan portfolio, including subscription and multi-currency loans.
  • •Ensure dates, rates, and balances align with the agent bank and balance loans within the portfolio with team escalations.
  • •Handle escalated inquiries and issues by performing timely research and diligence for move money processes that meet SLAs.
  • •Monitor portfolio reporting (e.g., suspect, past due, high balance, aged wires, adjustments) and escalate to management when applicable.
  • •Own new loan onboarding by reviewing serviced new loans and providing servicing instructions; coordinate stakeholder communication and maintain accounting spreadsheets.
