Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regular analytical audits of human moderation to ensure compliance with data protection and Trust & Safety standards against defined targets.
  • •Perform deep-dives into quality issues using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), identify error patterns, and provide actionable feedback to guide operational guideline and standards updates.
  • •Interpret safety policies for complex, ambiguous, or high-risk cases, including validating benchmark data (“golden sets”) to improve enforcement accuracy.
  • •Lead calibration sessions to ensure consistency across moderation teams and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive global quality goals.
  • •Manage edge cases and support training/policy rollouts for internal and BPO staff, while preparing weekly and monthly quality and error trend reports using AI and QA tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven expertise in conducting analytical audits, tracking performance targets, and maintaining data integrity in a trust and safety, compliance, or high-volume operational environment.
  • •Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills to identify trend patterns, reduce error rates, and drive process optimizations with end-to-end ownership.
  • •Deep understanding of content policies and SOPs to make expert judgments on complex or high-risk escalation cases.
  • •Excellent cross-functional communication to manage stakeholders, lead calibration sessions, and deliver training aligned to global quality goals.
  • •Fluency in German (required) and English (primary working language), plus proficiency with data visualization/reporting and QA/calibration tools using AI to streamline workflows.
