Job Summary

Responsible for executing all logistics activities for a given perimeter to ensure on-time deliveries, optimized transport routes, and cost-efficient service. You will manage fleets, coordinate with customer service and sales, monitor KPIs, and resolve incidents to support a global supply chain in an international, hybrid-work environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the execution of order processing to ensure on-time deliveries to customers and monitor logistics performance.
•Manage dedicated fleets and transportation routes, ensuring compliance with delivery schedules and minimizing disruptions.
•Serve as a key point of contact for customers, addressing queries, managing urgent requests, and resolving logistics-related issues in real-time.
•Support central teams in managing and resolving logistics-related incidents, ensuring minimal impact on service levels.
•Track performance metrics related to on-time deliveries, transport quality, and customer satisfaction. Proactively address any variances.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience.
•1-3 years in a Supply Chain or Logistics environment.
•Knowledge of transport planning and tendering is an advantage.
•Knowledge of SAP, BlueYonder, BlueJay and Excel is a plus; proficiency with Office 365 preferred.
•Experience in an office setting with frequent customer and provider contacts, and ability to manage urgent requests
