Key Responsibilities

•Lead the installation of electrical systems that interconnect solar arrays to a customer’s residential grid power.
•Ensure electricians’ work is compliant and of good workmanship with current NEC and local codes.
•Complete assigned solar battery installations.
•Troubleshoot system problems and resolve electrical issues.
•Safely plan and complete Main Panel Upgrades (MPU) and coordinate upgrades/repairs with branch teams, homeowners, and local inspectors.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 45.26 - 60.34 hourly

Key Requirements

•Electrical installation and repair experience is required.
•Experience with electrical work involving wiring up to 600 VDC and 480 VAC.
•Working knowledge and experience replacing residential electrical services and distribution panels is preferred.
•Must possess a valid Journeyman License/Electrician Certification (or equivalent, e.g., wireman license) per local and state requirements.
•Must maintain a clean driving record, be able to pass a driving background check, and be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
