Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the installation of electrical systems that interconnect solar arrays to a customer’s residential grid power.
  • •Ensure electricians’ work is compliant and of good workmanship with current NEC and local codes.
  • •Complete assigned solar battery installations.
  • •Troubleshoot system problems and resolve electrical issues.
  • •Safely plan and complete Main Panel Upgrades (MPU) and coordinate upgrades/repairs with branch teams, homeowners, and local inspectors.
Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 45.26 - 60.34 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Electrical installation and repair experience is required.
  • •Experience with electrical work involving wiring up to 600 VDC and 480 VAC.
  • •Working knowledge and experience replacing residential electrical services and distribution panels is preferred.
  • •Must possess a valid Journeyman License/Electrician Certification (or equivalent, e.g., wireman license) per local and state requirements.
  • •Must maintain a clean driving record, be able to pass a driving background check, and be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
