Job Summary

Provide hands-on histology support in a regulated environment for translational pathology projects. You will perform histological sectioning and tissue handling, construct Tissue Microarrays (TMA), process cell pellets, and support manual and automated staining (including IHC/IF/ISH). Maintain laboratory equipment, complete documentation and records accurately, and work to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), SOPs, and Human Tissue Act (HTA) requirements while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform histological sectioning and tissue handling in a regulated environment.
•Construct Tissue Microarrays (TMA) and process cell pellets.
•Support selected staining activities using manual and automated methods.
•Maintain laboratory equipment and provide routine operational support.
•Complete laboratory documentation and records while following GCP, SOPs, and HTA requirements and supporting a multidisciplinary translational pathology team.

Key Requirements

•BSc degree in a relevant scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
•At least 1 year of experience within histology, pathology, tissue-based laboratory operations, or another regulated laboratory environment.
•Experience in histological sectioning and tissue processing.
•Experience with Tissue Microarray (TMA) construction and/or cell pellet processing.
•Experience with staining activities and maintaining laboratory equipment and operations in compliance with GCP, SOPs, and HTA requirements.
