•Assess training effectiveness and ensure skills are applied on the job
•Prepare coaching and refresher training plans to bridge knowledge gaps and update training materials as needed

Key Requirements

•2+ years’ experience as a training specialist or related role, delivering online and classroom learning
•Knowledge of learning principles and instructional design theory
•Familiarity with conventional and modern training tools, methods, and techniques
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a multicultural team and manage time effectively
