Job Summary

Lead store performance on the sales floor by delivering exceptional customer experiences and building brand loyalty. •Coach and manage Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates to drive sales and achieve KPI goals.
•Build loyal fan relationships through authentic engagement and excellent product knowledge.
•Recruit, retain, and develop talent across hiring and support succession planning/internal mobility.
•Implement visual merchandising directives and ensure efficient operational processes; partner with Divisional Sales Manager and HR to address performance issues and policy violations.

Key Requirements

•At least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
•Results-oriented leader who can analyze and deliver positive outcomes against sales goals and KPIs.

•Talent management experience including recruiting, retaining, developing teams, and supporting succession planning/internal mobility.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point of sale systems; must be 18+ and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
