Key Responsibilities

  • •Research, design, develop, and/or test operating systems-level software, compilers, and/or network distribution software for semiconductor operations.
  • •Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for enhancements and new products.
  • •Develop software and tools supporting design, infrastructure, and technology platforms, including operating systems, compilers, routers/networks, utilities, databases, and cloud/internet-related tools.
  • •Work in specialized areas of systems-level software for complex-scope problems requiring review of multiple factors.
  • •Influence or ensure hardware compatibility and support EDA backend physical design, including EDA AI agents to increase productivity.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering.
  • •1 year of experience in the job offered or a closely related engineering role.
  • •Experience with physical synthesis and backend EDA physical synthesis.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of CPU microarchitecture and cache hierarchy, including improving CPU efficiency through microarchitecture changes.
  • •Experience with compiler development and Linux kernel, including interaction between kernel and CPU.
