Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and grow customer-facing engineering leaders and run the reactive support queue for EDA infrastructure, escalating into service engineering with high-quality signal.
  • •Develop and run the Kubernetes platform team as an end-to-end customer engineering service, owning availability, roadmap, developer experience, and operational excellence.
  • •Own the evolution of an AI support agent from FAQ bot to a system that safely resolves real issues against internal systems and reduces human queue volume.
  • •Define and defend operational performance SLOs and win stakeholder buy-in by translating support trends into engineering requirements.
  • •Drive continuous improvement across EDA job schedulers (LSF/Slurm), Kubernetes platforms, and internal LLM harnesses used by chip designers.
