Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate inventory accuracy issues and partner with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Support operational workflows including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong sales floor visual standards and stockroom standards and processes.
  • •Use metrics to support business-driving strategies, resolve client needs quickly, and communicate inventory/product concerns.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
