Key Responsibilities

•Fully own production processes from build readiness through steady-state manufacturing.
•Design and qualify manufacturing equipment, fixtures, tools, and jigs to enable repeatable builds.
•Develop, document, and release controlled work instructions and quality gates to ensure repeatability and reliability.
•Drive the optimization of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Assembly processes, focusing on content reduction, assembly simplification, and built-in quality.
•Provide daily production support and implement SPC, PFMEA, and root cause corrective action for nonconformances.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, manufacturing engineering, or equivalent experience.
•3+ years in production manufacturing, process engineering, or industrialization (internship and school projects experience qualifies).
•Strong background in process documentation, quality systems, and production planning.
•Familiarity with GD&T, tolerance analysis, and process capability.
•Hands-on experience with shop floor processes (machining, welding, composites, additive manufacturing, assembly, test).
