  • •Provide proactive legal counseling to business and technical stakeholders across cybersecurity and data organizations.
  • •Support legal guidance for cybersecurity operations, incident response preparedness, and technical risk management.

  • •Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and technical teams to develop practical solutions for novel issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
  • •Active member in good standing of at least one state bar
  • •At least 4 years of experience as an attorney in a law firm environment, government agency, military judge advocate, or in-house counsel
  • •Experience advising on cutting-edge technology, particularly AI, cybersecurity, or data
  • •Experience providing legal advice related to US and global privacy regulations
