Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver transformation projects across post-trade transformation initiatives within investment banking.
  • •Analyze and improve end-to-end post-trade processes (trade capture, enrichment, allocation, confirmation/affirmation, settlement preparation, treasury, and reconciliation), identifying opportunities to improve controls, efficiency, and straight-through processing.
  • •Translate business and operational requirements into clear process and technology changes with operations, technology, and business stakeholders.
  • •Support improvements in Same-Day Affirmation (SDA), straight-through processing (STP), settlement readiness, exception management, and reconciliation.
  • •Drive delivery through requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, testing, implementation, and governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6+ years of experience in business analysis and/or project management in investment banking, capital markets, or financial services consulting.
  • •Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle and post-trade operations, including experience across areas such as trade capture, enrichment, allocation, confirmation/affirmation, settlement, treasury, or reconciliation.
  • •Experience delivering process improvement and technology-enabled transformation in complex operational environments.
  • •Knowledge of post-trade technologies and standards such as DTCC CTM (or equivalent), FIX, SWIFT, ISO 20022, and SSI/reference data.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills working across operations, technology, and business teams.
