Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate exit-gate governance across environments: verify prerequisites, manage Go/No-Go forums, and document risks, exceptions, and compensating controls with Cybersecurity sign-off.
  • •Supervise end-to-end test plans for functional, negative, resilience, and integration scenarios, ensuring observer participation for credibility.
  • •Manage defect triage and issue management: assign owners and severity, track fix SLAs and re-tests, maintain RAID logs, and escalate blockers while quantifying residual risk.
  • •Supervise creation of audit-ready validation packs (plans, results, evidence, traceability) and ensure first-pass acceptance by QA/Excellence with fast resolution of returns.
  • •Validate run readiness and lead IT security control evaluation/POCs: confirm runbooks, monitoring/alerting, L1/L2 training completion, SIEM/SOAR mappings, and recommend fit-for-purpose controls and technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent from an accredited university is required.
  • •6–8 years of relevant experience in IT security delivery, preferably across corporate and asset environments.
  • •Experience supervising build readiness governance, testing orchestration, and controlled handover across programs.
  • •Ability to manage defect triage, RAID logs, and release risk quantification with required sign-offs.
  • •Experience evaluating IT security controls and technologies, including running and reporting POCs.
