Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full design process from user research, product flows, and wire-framing to UI design for key product areas
  • •Partner with product and engineering to shape product direction and contribute to roadmap planning
  • •Help establish and evolve Rillet's design system and design principles
  • •Contribute to user research initiatives that uncover user needs and validate design decisions
  • •Navigate user goals, business requirements, and technical constraints to create intuitive solutions for finance & accounting workflows

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years product design experience in B2B SaaS with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership
  • •Proven ability to tackle complex design problems and visualize complex systems from financial concepts to interaction patterns

  • •Strong collaboration and communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate design rationale
