As a sales consultant trainee, you’ll guide customers through appraisals, test drives, and financing applications, while building genuine relationships and providing clear, honest information. You’ll complete accurate transaction documentation, collaborate with the team to meet store goals, and follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety requirements in a clean, customer-first work environment.
