Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree (Ph.D. preferred) in computer science, engineering, or related fields.
  • •Current or prior software engineering experience operating at the VP level in an established technology company.
  • •15+ years of relevant engineering experience, including 8+ years in senior people management and experience leading global software engineering teams serving multiple internal customers.
  • •Proven success building high-performing, diverse engineering teams and improving organizational efficiency.
  • •Deep technical expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and modern AI-native software development lifecycle practices.
