Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-site support for emergency repairs, startup services, and preventative maintenance for UPS systems, batteries, and power distribution.
  • •Deliver trusted technical expertise to ensure peak performance and reliability for mission-critical environments.
  • •Participate in annual safety audits and ongoing compliance programs while following company/customer safety rules.
  • •Collaborate with Field Service Technicians and take direction from on-site leads.
  • •Support customer needs outside the immediate region within the USA for a minimum of three weeks per quarter.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Two years of power systems, battery technologies, and/or electronics experience (including relevant coursework and internship experience).
  • •Current, unrestricted driver’s license with satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record; designated as a Regular Driver per Eaton’s policy.
  • •Daily travel to customer sites is required, and you must reside within the greater Modesto/Central Valley, CA area (active-duty military exempt).
  • •Must be able to perform physical tasks, including assisted lifting/carrying 50+ lbs. and driving long distances.
