Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end quality strategy for an AI-first web application across prompt/agent layer, in-browser experience, and generated output.
  • •Compose/build/maintain modern web test automation and the infrastructure to keep tests fast, deterministic, and developer-friendly.
  • •Stand up evaluation harnesses for automated workflows, including golden prompt suites, regression baselines, model/version comparisons, safety and hallucination checks, and human-in-the-loop review.
  • •Ensure comprehensive quality covering performance, resilience, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser/cross-device coverage.
  • •Embed quality into CI/CD with release gates that catch regressions, reduce flake, and convert production telemetry into pre-submit signal.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •8+ years of experience in customer-facing software quality / SDET roles.
  • •Automation experience with modern web testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, or similar) and strong TypeScript/JavaScript; Python comfort is a plus.
  • •Experience designing test strategy for AI/ML/LLM features (prompt regression, evaluation datasets, model drift, and safety testing).
  • •Strong fundamentals in API testing, performance/load testing, and observability tooling (Datadog, Splunk, Sentry, OpenTelemetry, or similar).
