Job Summary

Lead Informatica ETL application support by analyzing enhancement requests, implementing mapping/workflow and parameter changes, and building reusable ETL components. Own performance tuning and daily production monitoring for Informatica PowerCenter/IDMC workflows, ensuring SLA-compliant batch execution. Triage and resolve incidents via root-cause analysis, impact assessment, and data reconciliation, coordinating with database, infrastructure, cloud, Unix, and application teams. Support deployments across Dev/QA/UAT/Production, maintain runbooks, and participate in 24x7 shift operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze enhancement requests from business and technical teams and implement changes in mappings, workflows, parameters, and ETL logic.
•Develop ETL workflows and reusable components, and perform performance tuning and optimization of Informatica mappings and sessions.
•Monitor daily ETL batch execution for Informatica PowerCenter/IDMC workflows, track execution status, and provide on-call support when required.
•Investigate and troubleshoot workflow, mapping, session, and data load failures, performing root-cause analysis and impact analysis for outages.
•Support deployments and release management across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production, including migration/documentation and maintaining runbooks/SOPs and RCA knowledge repositories.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in Informatica PowerCenter and/or IDMC ETL support and troubleshooting.
•Good knowledge of SQL, database concepts, and Unix/Linux scripting.
•Experience in production support, incident management, and performance tuning.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.
