Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the client team in overseeing the established data center program and ensure alignment with program goals and objectives.
  • •Maintain and refresh program governance, processes, and systems in line with client direction; ensure key information is shared and retained appropriately.
  • •Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and team members; interface with executives, program team members, general contractors, consultants, and vendors.
  • •Develop detailed program plans; attend status meetings; update and maintain issues/actions logs; follow up for completion status and close out open items.
  • •Oversee and delegate monthly reporting; prepare reports for multiple audiences (including executive dashboards); assist with proposals for new programs or variations; support contract management and scope release to maintain schedules.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Thorough knowledge of Program Management methods and best practices.
  • •Thorough knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, planning, design, schedule, and scope management.
  • •Technical ability to read, understand, and communicate contract requirements (including construction drawings and specifications), plus ability to follow site HSSE policies.
