Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as process owner for Embedded Finance and Digital Asset operational workflows.
  • •Design, document, maintain, and improve end-to-end business processes, operating procedures, playbooks, runbooks, and operational standards.
  • •Establish process governance standards, ownership models, review cycles, change management procedures, escalation paths, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • •Facilitate process reviews to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, control gaps, and automation opportunities.
  • •Support audits and regulatory reviews with audit-ready documentation and drive remediation with cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in business operations, process management, program/operations management, or related fields in financial services/payments/fintech or banking.
  • •6+ years designing, documenting, governing, and improving business processes in regulated or operationally complex environments.
  • •Experience developing process maps, operating procedures, governance frameworks, controls, and performance metrics.
