Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and develop audio firmware for gaming peripherals, providing technical leadership, system architecture, and firmware execution.
  • •Design, implement, and debug Bluetooth/BLE features across RTOS and/or kernel drivers, including system services and audio codec/DSP driver integration.
  • •Build robust pairing, bonding, and provisioning flows using GATT/GAP and LE Audio (LC3).
  • •Optimize end-to-end audio latency and buffering behavior, including glitch/xrun elimination, clock drift handling, jitter buffer behavior, resampling artifacts, and low-power idle/wake paths.
  • •Drive interoperability and certification readiness, resolve field issues with root-cause fixes, and support OTA-safe telemetry/diagnostics plus manufacturing bring-up support.

Key Requirements

  • •Be highly proficient in C/C++ with scripting experience (Python or shell) and strong systems debugging skills (gdb, strace, logs, packet traces).
  • •Have deep knowledge of Bluetooth Classic/BLE including HCI, L2CAP, GATT/GAP, and relevant profiles.
  • •Bring hands-on experience with BlueZ and driver bring-up on ARM64 or x86 platforms.
  • •Ship wireless features on Mac, Windows, Linux-based systems and/or Console SDK environments.
  • •Have proven experience improving real-world performance and reliability under RF constraints for gaming/peripheral use cases.
