Industrial Engineer

Design, stabilize, and improve production systems and manufacturing processes to drive world-class operational excellence. Work within a multidisciplinary Integrated Product Team supporting program development, prototyping, and special materials manufacturing, applying industrial engineering concepts to layouts, capacity planning, workflow design, scheduling, and cost/quality improvements. Build data-driven models and analyses to provide metrics to leaders and customers, and support facility modifications while ensuring compliance with safety and ergonomic standards.
