Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and oversee construction and related activities, ensuring operations comply with design/specifications, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • •Supervise MDR craft personnel and manage day-to-day job site activities, including OSHA safety compliance and OSHA/HSSE culture.
  • •Ensure lower-tier supervisors are trained on safety, industrial relations, management, and construction procedures and that subcontractors follow scope and contract requirements.
  • •Coordinate permits and site activities, monitor work hours and cost codes, and prepare weekly construction progress reports.
  • •Lead subcontractor coordination through weekly progress meetings, change proposals, final punch list completion, and subcontractor closeout/transfer activities.
