Job Summary

Lead end-to-end design of intuitive, accessible, high-quality digital experiences, from discovery and wireframes through visual design and interactive prototypes. Translate customer needs and business goals into effective product solutions, strengthen design standards and systems, and drive user-centered research. Partner with product owners, software engineers, and stakeholders to co-create outcomes, present design rationale, and embed accessibility and inclusive design throughout the design lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end design across platforms from discovery and wireframes to visual design and interactive prototypes.
•Create and review clear, user-friendly interface text to guide users and improve usability.
•Champion a user-centred approach by conducting or supporting research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviours.
•Collaborate with product owners, software engineers, and stakeholders to define problems, align on outcomes, and co-create solutions.
•Drive adoption and evolution of design systems and embed accessibility, compliance, and inclusive design practices throughout the design lifecycle.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in user experience design and user interface design in a fast-paced or large-scale environment.
•Experience writing and refining user-centred interface text as part of the design process.
•Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
•A strong portfolio demonstrating responsive and mobile-first design with measurable impact.
•Familiarity with user journey mapping, user research methods, and workflow design, including working knowledge of accessibility principles.
