Job Summary

Manage the full lifecycle of corporate real estate portfolio activities, including leasing initiatives and corporate interior construction projects. Lead programming and requirements development, and oversee design documentation, budgeting, schedules, and execution through closeout. Partner with facilities, end-users, stakeholders, architects/engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure projects meet business, budget, quality, and timeline standards, while supporting insurance and leasing administration.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead programming and requirements development for commercial and office interior construction projects.
•Manage project schedules, budgets, and execution from planning through closeout.
•Coordinate selection and management of architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
•Oversee design phases and documentation, review contracts/cost estimates/change orders, and conduct site observations with QA/QC oversight.
•Administer leasing activities and support corporate insurance policies, including renewals and RFP processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Real Estate (or related field).
•Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in corporate workplace planning, design, and construction project management.
•Strong knowledge of architectural and construction processes, including construction documents and MEP systems.
•Proven ability to manage construction schedules, budgets, and consultants.
•Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
