Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end Integrated Supply Chain operations to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity, and Cost objectives.
  • •Develop and execute site operational strategies aligned with Honeywell ISC and Building Automation business goals.
  • •Partner with Site Leadership to build and execute annual operating plans and long-range business objectives.
  • •Drive operational rigor using Daily Management Operating System (MOS) processes and tiered accountability.
  • •Ensure production plans, production scheduling, materials planning, inventory deployment, capacity management, and procurement collaboration meet customer requirements and revenue commitments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of progressive manufacturing, operations, and supply chain leadership experience.
  • •5+ years of people leadership experience managing managers and/or cross-functional teams.
  • •Experience leading production, planning, materials, procurement, and logistics functions in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence, plus experience with ERP/MRP systems and operational analytics.
