Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as technical liaison and point of contact between customers, sales, and factories for technical order configuration, documentation, and warranty resolutions
  • •Review and interpret project contract drawings/specifications to ensure technical accuracy and compliance
  • •Lead kickoff meetings, host customers at plant inspections, and coordinate site visits for startup/commissioning and warranty work
  • •Manage engineered-to-order documentation packages and respond to project-specific technical questions, including O&M manuals and as-built drawings
  • •Support warranty/quality technical issues by escalating urgency to manufacturing facilities and coordinating technical changes to the bill of material

Salary: USD 99,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • •Minimum 3 years of work experience in sales, sales support, technical role, or applicable field
  • •No relocation assistance; must currently reside within 50 miles of Franklin, MA or Windsor
  • •Proficiency in job function applications including Eaton Bid Manager, AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, ERP systems, and Microsoft O365 (Excel and Outlook)
  • •Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
