Key Responsibilities

•Conduct clinical intake calls to assess member needs, goals, and program fit.
•Oversee AI-supported interactions with Phoenix (AI Care Specialist) to ensure clinical quality and safety.
•Deliver member support via synchronous and asynchronous chat, and conduct short and long video calls.
•Monitor member progress using measurement-based care (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7).
•Identify and respond to risk signals with escalation/referral as needed, and document care according to clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology.
•PSYPACT eligibility or a current license to practice in California, plus a current, unrestricted psychology license to practice independently.

•Readiness to practice in an AI-native care model where standards are still being defined.
•Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to build rapport and maintain therapeutic relationships in a remote care setting.
