Job Summary

As an Electrical Assembler, you’ll complete product assembly by aligning parts, following work instructions, and using drawings, work orders, and tools to fasten components to quality standards. You’ll perform disassembly, reassembly, and rework as needed for production and troubleshooting, set up equipment, receive parts, and accurately document production and quality records while maintaining clean, safe, and compliant work.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform work instructions to complete product assembly using standardized work procedures.
•Build assemblies using work instructions, work orders, and drawings as a guide.
•Fasten and secure components using screws, bolts, hand tools, and power tools while meeting workmanship and quality standards.
•Perform disassembly, reassembly, and rework of modules, subassemblies, and rack-mounted systems as required for production, troubleshooting, repair, or inspection.
•Set up equipment, receive parts/sub-assemblies, and document actions by completing production and quality forms while ensuring quality and safety compliance.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a HS diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/technical education with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
•Demonstrated professional or educational experience communicating in English (verbal and written).
•U.S. citizenship is required.
•Ability to accurately see, read, and interpret information on screens and materials for extended periods; must complete a post-offer vision examination.
•Experience in welding (preferred).
