Key Responsibilities

  • •Travel to project sites as needed to support delivery and schedule management activities.
  • •Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed project/program schedules and integrate schedule inputs into master program schedules.
  • •Monitor schedule performance, progress updates, and forecasting to identify delays, constraints, and recovery opportunities.
  • •Conduct schedule risk assessments, critical path analysis, and what-if scenario modeling; analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Prepare schedule narratives, status reports, executive presentations, and integrated reporting/dashboard outputs; support schedule review meetings and schedule integrity.
Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience creating and managing large-scale construction schedules in Primavera P6.
  • •Construction scheduling/project controls experience in mission-critical environments (including commissioning activities preferred) with site-level (“boots on the ground”) understanding.
  • •Understanding of construction program delivery best practices and familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and sequencing.
  • •Ability to work independently and produce concept-level schedules from limited information while identifying major phases and dependencies.
  • •BS in Engineering, Business, or related field (or demonstrated equivalent experience); PSP (AACE) beneficial; EIT preferred.
