Trainer - Braze

Train employees across the production environment and serve as a substitute across most plant positions. Support lines during staffing shortages, teach clear and concise job skills, and apply Lean Principles to identify improvements and share best practices. Maintain extensive knowledge of plant roles, utilize various tools, and help ensure qualification and certification requirements for brazer training are met, including Train-the-Trainer and recertification processes.
