Key Responsibilities

•Lead the product lifecycle for AI-based marketing solutions and workflow modules within WebMD Ignite.
•Define and execute product strategy for healthcare marketing campaigns, focusing on AI-driven omnichannel activation and closed-loop measurement.
•Partner with engineering and design to rapidly prototype and test new solutions using generative AI tools (like Claude) to accelerate product requirements and user stories.
•Ensure integration of WebMD Ignite Growth Platform (IGP) as an orchestration system with healthcare systems and martech stacks (e.g., Eloqua, Meta, Google, Epic, Salesforce, Adobe).
•Monitor market trends and competitor strategies (including impacts of LLMs/AIOs) and drive product direction based on measurable business outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Minimum 5 years of product management experience in healthcare marketing technology, campaign strategy, and implementation.
•Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, LLMs) to prototype and develop product requirements, user stories, and test scenarios.
•Deep proficiency in modern marketing technology ecosystems, including marketing automation (Oracle Eloqua), CRM, and data platforms/CDPs.
