Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead branch support staff by training, developing, supervising, and evaluating associates.
  • •Establish and implement branch procedures; research and complete special projects.
  • •Partner with Market Director/Branch Manager to drive market and branch priorities, including recruiting process components and progress toward goals.
  • •Collaborate on branch marketing initiatives and track marketing budgets, P&L reports, rankings, and office equipment needs.
  • •Perform delegated compliance oversight, conduct compliance reviews, and act as backup to the Branch Manager per delegation letter.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of industry experience, including at least three years in a Client Specialist/Senior Client Specialist or comparable role.
  • •Previous supervisory experience is required.
  • •Must be licensed with SIE, Series 7, and 63/65 or 66, and be willing to obtain Series 9 and 10 within 12 months of hire.
  • •Strong technology aptitude and ability to adopt new tools, including AI-enabled solutions (preferred).
  • •Strong communication and organizational skills to lead a team and prioritize/delegate daily workflow.
