Job Summary

Drive end-to-end client enablement from engagement to project delivery, helping clients realize value across their Visa product portfolios. Work on diverse initiatives spanning payment strategy, customer lifecycle and experience, and go-to-market strategy. Shape proposed solutions, define scope, collect and analyze client inputs, synthesize insights, and facilitate workshops in cross-functional, matrixed environments to deliver client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Shape proposed solutions for complicated client opportunities.
•Lead delivery of projects (or a team) with support from internal resources and external vendors.
•Define engagement scope by understanding client objectives and framing the problem or opportunity.
•Collect and analyze client inputs (e.g., interviews, data, processes, policies, and competitive/environmental information) and synthesize insights on gaps, issues, and opportunities.
•Facilitate meetings and workshops to support creative problem solving and transfer domain knowledge across client teams.

Key Requirements

•Strong English and Mandarin Chinese written and verbal communication skills.
•5 years of relevant experience in financial services, payments, consulting, or a similar field.
•Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields such as business administration, economics, finance, computer science, or engineering (Master’s is a plus).
•Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
•Experience managing complex projects in matrixed organizations.
