Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and coach store profitability and efficiency as part of the store leadership team
  • •Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink, including investigating root causes
  • •Manage key operational functions: shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, and replenishment
  • •Partner with Operations & Visual Managers on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities
  • •Directly oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment, development, performance evaluation, and ongoing feedback
