Job Summary

Serve as an HSE partner to Building Automation Global Engineering Services, executing the HSE Annual Operating Plan and ensuring corporate, legal, and regulatory compliance. Manage and enhance the HSE Management System (HSEMS), run remote and onsite audits, and support regional HSE program deployment. Provide field-level risk assessment and safe work practices, lead incident management with root-cause analysis, and build HSE dashboards/KPIs using digital tools to drive continuous safety improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive and oversee HSEMS governance across the GES organization and ensure compliance with corporate, legal, and regulatory HSE requirements.
•Conduct remote and onsite HSE audits, reviews, and compliance assessments.
•Deploy standardized HSE tools, processes, and best practices, and implement HSE programs aligned with global and regional strategies.
•Provide field-level HSE support, including risk assessments and safe work practices, and guide teams on hazard identification, mitigation, and PPE usage.
•Manage incident reporting, investigation, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and share lessons learned to drive continuous improvement and safety culture.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science (mandatory).
•Formal HSE qualification/certification (e.g., NEBOSH, Diploma/PG in Industrial Safety).
•Minimum 5 years of relevant HSE experience in engineering, services, or industrial environments.
•Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
