Lead the bank’s Conduct Risk and Consumer Protection framework by overseeing risk strategy development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring across the organization. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices, manage conflicts of interest, and advocate for consumers’ best interests. Own risk assessments, reporting, and training/awareness initiatives, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Credit, Operations, and other stakeholders to uphold governance and regulatory standards.
