Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and troubleshoot Azure IaaS/PaaS environments to ensure secure configuration, high availability, and adherence to cloud standards.
•Administer Microsoft Entra ID and support M365 group lifecycle management, including RBAC role assignments and Conditional Access policy implementation.
•Manage and support Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint) and licensing governance.
•Configure and troubleshoot Azure networking and storage solutions, and serve as an escalation point for complex Azure identity, networking, and storage issues.
•Support cross-tenant collaboration and tenant migrations, monitor and optimize Azure spend, and participate in backup/retention configuration for Azure workloads.

Key Requirements

•Advanced knowledge of Azure services (IaaS, App Service, AKS, Functions, SQL PaaS, Storage, Networking, AVD) and M365 security/compliance tools (Defender, Purview, Entra ID Protection).
•Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform) and advanced configuration/administration of Entra ID (including security groups, M365 group lifecycle, RBAC, Conditional Access).
•Knowledge of Azure networking and connectivity (VNets, subnetting, Private Endpoints, Private DNS Zones, Global Secure Access/VPN connectivity) plus Azure Storage solutions (Blob Storage, Azure File Shares, RBAC/NTFS, Kerberos/AADDS scenarios).
•Experience supporting multi-tenant Azure landing zones, cross-tenant collaboration (B2B guest access) and tenant-to-tenant migrations.
•Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/related field plus 5 years of IT experience.
