Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in implementing and ensuring compliance with the Project Health and Safety Management Plan (PHSP) and the Project HSE Management Programme.
  • •Arrange, conduct, and participate in training sessions, HSE Committee, and coordination meetings.
  • •Advise supervisory staff on accident prevention and improvement related to work methods, and support leading and supervising HSE officers onsite.
  • •Monitor day-to-day HSE execution and ensure HSE requirements are met per the project HSE plan and HSEMS requirements.
  • •Identify hazards and unsafe practices daily, raise observation reports, record corrective measures, and support incident reporting and resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years relevant experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of safety regulations, procedures, and instructions, including Qatar and international safety standards.
  • •Knowledge of HSE integrated management systems and environmental regulations (air, wastewater, hazardous waste).
  • •Knowledge of chemical material management, including MSDS, plus pollution prevention and waste minimization initiatives.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills as a requirement.
