Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive growth, strategy, and profitability for AECOM’s Transit-Rail services in the West Coast.
  • •Provide full responsibility for strategy, growth, operations, and people management for the Transit-Rail Division.
  • •Provide leadership and coaching to staff across account management, business development, capture management, and project delivery.
  • •Position, win, and recruit for major transit-rail projects while balancing delivery, client service, and team leadership.
  • •Collaborate with other Business Lines and transit delivery teams globally to serve West Coast clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •4+ years of demonstrated leadership managing large teams with prior Profit & Loss center experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in business development, capture management, and account management.
  • •Registered Civil Engineer in California or Washington.
  • •Graduate degree in engineering, a related field, or MBA.
