Key Responsibilities

  • •Support preparation, consolidation, and review of APAC budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans (MRPs) for TV Distribution and Home Entertainment.
  • •Coordinate APAC planning submissions with territory finance teams and Home Office Finance to ensure complete, consistent, and timely inputs.
  • •Lead APAC regional overhead budget/forecast/outlook processes and manage headcount forecasting via PowerApps.
  • •Analyze regional financial performance and deliver management reporting, variance analysis, and business review materials for leadership and Home Office Finance.
  • •Maintain financial controls and governance, support compliance with Sony policies and US GAAP, and drive continuous improvement through automation and digital finance tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields with a professional accounting qualification (HKICPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • •2–4 years of experience in Commercial Finance or FP&A.
  • •Advanced MS Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, plus data visualization proficiency.
  • •Experience with SAP BPC and reporting tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, or Tableau.
  • •Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with good communication and stakeholder management across cultures.
