Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end execution for hardware/software needs: purchasing, approvals, receipt, verification, and delivery to the production line.
  • •Run the dock-to-line logistics pipeline, including receiving, staging, reconciliation, and coordinating deployment timing to prevent build delays.
  • •Own reverse logistics and lifecycle back-half tasks: refresh, RMA, warranty, and vendor returns, ensuring compliant e-waste/decommissioning handling.
  • •Stand up and run the software licensing function: master software inventory, cost/license categorization, enterprise licensing transition, renewals, and compliance/accounting.
  • •Design cross-cutting SOPs and dashboards that make the system reliable and repeatable at scale, then systematize it for steady-state operation.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated track record building operational processes or standing up a function from scratch.
  • •5+ years across operations, business operations, procurement, supply chain, or IT/OT asset management in a fast-paced hardware, manufacturing, or defense environment.
