Shape intuitive, high-quality product experiences across BJAK’s financial products, from concept to production. Turn requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished mobile and web interfaces. Design across insurance, payments, claims, and investments while building scalable design systems and reusable UI components. Partner closely with product managers and engineers to ship accurate implementations, iterate using user feedback and product data, and continuously improve accessibility and interaction quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to production.
•Transform product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
•Design intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial products.
•Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
•Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and iterate using product data and user feedback.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience designing digital products.
•Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and excellent visual design.
•Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping.
•Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design.
•Strong understanding of information architecture and user flows.
