Director, IT Core Infrastructure

Lead the strategy, delivery, and operations of foundational infrastructure services, including internal networks and client access, core network connectivity across physical sites, on-prem infrastructure, and enterprise endpoint management. Own end-to-end service performance for availability, reliability, security, resilience, and user experience. Translate enterprise strategy into multi-year roadmaps, drive modernization and automation (including infrastructure-as-code and observability), ensure SLA/SLO attainment, and develop a global organization through multiple managers.
