Key Responsibilities

  • •Define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines for cabin retrofit upgrades and translate business requirements into structured aircraft modification plans.
  • •Develop, track, and manage program enablers; proactively identify technical roadblocks and implement contingency plans to keep delivery on schedule.
  • •Manage external subcontractors by tracking deliverables, costs, and schedule adherence.
  • •Oversee retrofit engineering drawings, cabin retrofit solution definition (including kit definition), and documentation supporting Service Bulletin embodiment.
  • •Support certification planning and regulatory processes and provide technical hangar support to on-site modification teams during embodiment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aeronautic, Civil, or Electrical).
  • •0-3 years of engineering experience (or Master’s with 0-1 years) and core exposure to project or program engineering methodologies.
  • •Ability to create, interpret, and review designs using CAD tools (e.g., CATIA).
  • •Authorized to work in the US.
  • •Experience reading and interpreting Service Bulletins, Bills of Materials (BOM), and aircraft modification requirements.
